A Family Affair

IUPUI recognizes the tremendous role that families play not only in preparing their students for university study but also in supporting their academic endeavors throughout their educational programs. To the parents of our current scholars and fellows, we thank you for the trust and confidence you have expressed in IUPUI by sending your son or daughter here.

To the parents of prospective scholars, we would be pleased to answer any questions you might have regarding the program, the university, and Indianapolis. We would certainly encourage you to visit campus with your student, either for a formal campus visit day or a more personalized day of appointments and tours. There are many opportunities for parents to stay connected with their scholars: from orientation programs, family dinners and picnics, and welcome receptions to events that recognize the academic and other accomplishments of IUPUI students.
